I’m Erika and I created Midnight Agency to help badass brands and female entrepreneurs just like you have an impactful presence in the digital marketing space and connect them to the right audiences. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Operations Management from The University of Delaware and have had a number of digital marketing roles. From running successful social media campaigns to creating an effective brand voice through graphic design and copywriting, I have done it all.

I’ve spent the last 4 years studying what exactly the formula is to create engaging content that converts. 

Being a “zillennial” I find that I am at an advantage in the digital space and have the upper hand against my competitors when it comes to digital trends. I love turning brands into stories that organically create a group of loyal followers and help these brands have a competitive advantage in their industries when it comes to social media.
